● Customized
After the customized product order is confirmed, the content cannot be modified, and the return refund is not available.

● Out of stock
With over 300,000 products available in both our online and brick-and-mortar stores, we couldn't update each inventory every day, which may encounter the problem of out of stock after receiving the order.
If the product is out of stock after you place an order. We will inform you ASAP by Email or Whatsapp within 2 business days, you could choose to replace the same price product and then reply us (no need to cancel your order) or wait for replenishment (15-20 days).

● Color Difference
All products are taken by professional props and cameras, photos are for reference only. Different monitor resolutions might result in slight color variations.
Since some rhinestones and zircons are transparent, they might reflect other colors, please noticed.

● Size
Necklaces and bracelets are adjustable and suitable for most people.
Maybe the size information of some products is missing. If you want to know more, please contact us in time, we will provide you with accurate size for your reference!

● Packaging
Each earring, necklace, and bracelet is accompanied by white cardboard and a transparent plastic bag, hair accessories are packaged with transparent plastic bag. All products from the same order will be packed together in bubble bags and paper boxes.
We don't provide jewelry boxes to prevent damage during long distance transportation.

● Earring Backs (Earnuts)
Transparent soft silicone ear backs and metal ear backs are randomly included in the shipment, which is cannot be specified or replaced. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

                                                                                                                         

● Flexibility
925 silver and copper are soft materials.
If there is a slight deformation that DOES NOT affect usability, you can try to CORRECT it yourself. But please be careful NOT to be too hard to prevent the product from being broken.
We DO NOT provide return & refund services for damages caused by Human factors.
But if you receive a product that is Damaged and Unusable due to transportation, please email at [email protected]

● Oxidation
Jewelry will oxidize after wearing, it's normal and not a quality issue. To learn more, please refer to the article "About Material" and "About Maintenance".

We have a professional design team that works on developing and designing new products. New Arrival will be launched every month. 
Also, new arrival will be given as a Free Gift to customers who provide us with five-star excellent and sincere feedbacks.
