Q: Why does it Oxidize after wearing it a few times? What should I do if my jewelry has Already Oxidized?

Q: Why did I receive Defective or Bent products?
A: Our products are all Handcrafted. Some negligible flaws may be caused by handmade, but this DOES NOT affect use and sales.
Please take a reasonable view of handicrafts that cannot be standardized and automated as a machine.
Also, 925 silver and copper are very soft and easy to bend. If they are slightly, you can CORRECT it yourself. But if the damage is severe and CANNOT use, please contact us at [email protected]
We have a strict QC department and also reinforce the packaging for exports. We make every effort to check the quality and protect the products from damage, but transportation is beyond our control and carries inherent uncertainties.
