● Returns & Refunds is unavailable for customized products.

● Returns & Refunds only be available within 7 days after delivered, any problem please contact us first.

● Human damage, used, oxidationed, packaging or component lost, the returns & refunds are NOT available.
   (No one wants to purchase jewelry that someone else may have put in their skin to test! You can count on your jewelry being clean and unused when purchasing from our shop.)

● The returns of the following situation is accepted:
1. Dissatisfied appearance
2. Inappropriate size
Please do not use, buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs. 
After receiving and checking the goods, we will refund the total amount of the order.

● The refunds of the following situation is accepted:
1. Shipment errors.
2. Defective goods.
Modelife is responsible for all return shipping costs.

● All returned merchandise must be in Original Condition, including all packaging materials.
Damaged or used products will not be accepted and will not be refunded.
Missing and damaged components/packaging will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.


● We will NOT be responsible and will NOT issue refunds for the following:
1. Incorrect shipping address entered by the customer.
Please double check that all information is correct before placing your order. If you notice that your shipping address is incorrect, notify us IMMEDIATELY within 24 hours.
Any loss due to address issues please contact the local post office or police station to get assistance.
2. If your package is "Delivered", but you cannot find it, please contact your local post office. We will not resend for "delivered" packages.
3. After a few days of used, the product is damaged or oxidation.
4. Human damage.


● The customer is responsible for All Losses incurred due to Incorrect Address information.
Including but not limited to: Loss, Return to the seller, and Redelivery fees.
If the total amount you paid is not enough for the losses, the Remaining Cost will be required.

● Order refused
We reserve the right to refuse orders from the following types of customers:
1. Customer's payment account has been flagged as a high-risk account due to Repeatedly Submit Invalid or Fraudulent Payments, the order will be refused.
2. Customers who maliciously Damage products or intentionally Report False product defects, no more cooperation from the Next time.
3. Customers who repeatedly Violate the Refund Policy or Abuse the after-sales service, no more cooperation from the Next time.
(a. Two refunds within three months)
(b. Two consecutive refunds)
(c. Buyers who directly apply for a refund WITHOUT contacting us within the 7-day after-sales period)
(d. Buyers who apply for a refund beyond the 7 days after sales period)
4. Customers who intentionally disrupt the order process or infringe upon the rights of other customers with malicious intent.
5. Customers who engage in other behaviors that violate our trading policies or exhibit dishonesty.
We will assess each case individually and retain the right to refuse service, NO MORE cooperation from the next time.


● Cancellations
The unpaid order will be automatically canceled after 72 hours.
If you wish to cancel your paid order, please email at [email protected] within 24 hours, or it will not be possible to cancel.
