● We will choose the warehouse closer to the delivery address among the Chinese warehouse and the US warehouse to deliver the goods.
● Most orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the next week. Processing times may be extended during holidays and promotions. Modelife reserves right to delay shipment or cancel any suspected fraud or activity.
● US Warehouse: USPS
● Chinese Warehouse: Initial + final air transportation.
Once the Chinese initial courier sending the package to your country by air, the delivery will be seamlessly managed by your local courier, such as UPS/DHL/TNT/FedEx, most orders will delivered in 5-15 Days (exclude process days).

● After the order is submitted and paid, product information and incorrect receipient information can only be modified within 24 hours, please contact us in time. Otherwise, it will not be changed.
● We are NOT responsible for customer's incorrect receipient information including Name, shipping address, etc.
Once the package is shipped, it's not possible to modify the recipient information.
Due to the wrong receipient information, the packaging will almost be abandoned, so we will not accept the refund for this order.
